MOU for greater collaboration between Bru-M’sia PSDC

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed Tuesday between Prime Sources Development Corporation, PSDC Global Sendirian Berhad, Brunei and PSDC International Sendirian Berhad, Malaysia. The MOU lays the foundation for greater collaboration between the two corporations and to be facilitated by the engagement of PSDC International as Project Management Consultant for development projects undertaken by Prime Sources Development Corporation Global.

Prior to the signing, the Chief Executive Officer of PSDC Global, Brunei, Dato Jamal bin Husain, in his speech, expressed the hope that the company can be a catalyst to the Brunei’s government vision of becoming a country of similar socio-economic development as that of other oil-based countries. The Executive President of PSDC International, Malaysia, Ismail bin Haji Awab, said his company is capable of leveraging a pool of experienced and skillful professionals in all disciplines to provide total solutions, delivering the best of international standards to boost Brunei’s efforts in accelerating its growth and development thus ensuring a high standard of living for its citizens.

Signing on behalf of PSDC Global Sendirian Berhad, Brunei, was its chairman, Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Ali Yil’ Kabier bin Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz. Meanwhile signing for PSDC International Sendirian Berhad, Malaysia was its Executive President, Ismail bin Haji Awab. Among those present was Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz.

PSDC International’s participation in projects in Brunei is testimony to its commitment in sharing its experiences in nation building and to realise Brunei’s visions and strategic objectives.
